I would like to express my condolences to the Latta family.
Mr. Latta's sons Pete & John were in Troop 99 Boy Scouts with me. I remember him as a tall, authoritative man who let his boys do their thing in Scouting, and young John has carried on the tradition at '99' with many Eagles earning their wings. Bless your family and cherish the memories.
