Your kindness, genuine compassion towards others and every animal, your humor, laugh and smile, your hospitality , your love of cars and Christmas along with your strength of character. and of your convictions made me like you and who you were, Doug. & Your care of Richard showed us all what love is all about. Getting together was never our strong suit but keeping in touch from time to time was always welcomed moments. Rest in peace,Doug. You'll be missed by me and so many others. We are saddened by Doug’s passing. He was a friend who felt like family. Doug’s parents were neighbors and friends of our Sherburne grandparents and parents. We would meet with cousins for lunch or dinner in recent years. Doug was always included, and we valued his company. Sincere condolences to his family and friends. You all are in our thoughts and prayers.
