As soon as I saw the name, I recalled one of the "lunch ladies" at Sidney school. I remember Edith as someone who always had a laugh and for everyone. In fact, I sometimes wondered, did she ever have a bad day? It didn't seem that way.
Condolences to the family; be proud of who she was and how happy she made everyone around her.

Mrs. Loller was a wonderful friends and co-worker, when I attended the Sidney School System. I worked with her in the cafeteria for 2 years. I loved her very much and loved to talk to her at the church bazaars. She will be missed.

Carol, Tom and families.. I was saddened to read of Edie's passing. She was such a wonderful person, and will certainly be missed by all. I know my Mother missed seeing her too. I'll always remember her infectious laugh, and loving way. I think the 'crafty ladies' are meeting somewhere else now.

Ceci (Newfoundland) shared in celebrating Mrs. Loller's 90th birthday at Aaron Manor. Ceceilia was a big hit with everyone and brought a wonderful smile to Mrs. Loller's face. I have heard from her daughter, Carol, great stories about her mom. She will certainly be missed. Love Karen

Mrs. Loller lived the next street over from us and I remember delivering The Daily Star to her for my brothers when they were sick. She was always so kind and always had a smile on her face. My brother remembers that she used to leave homemade donuts for him every now and then and he would eat them all before he made it home! I am sorry for your loss as I am sure you will miss such a kind and loving person!

To the Loller family my sincere sympathy on Edith's passing. My mother, Eileen Nadig, so enjoyed working with her in the school cafeteria. Her faith was alway strong and remember her as a dedicated member of the Sidney Methodist Church, which we also attended. Her warm personality will always be a special memory for me. Many thanks to everyone for the thoughts and prayers. It's evident Edith will be missed by so many. Nana was such a great lady,we were all truly blessed to have known her, family and friends alike. So many treasured memories of our visits to her house as kids, breakfast with Spaulding Krullers, playing Jarts (the real steel tipped ones) in the backyard, Rob watching TV in the kitchen in the rocking chair, playing Army men up in the attic, the big box fan in the hallway, her freezer burned ice cream, the pantry overflowing with groceries, but most of all her great big bear hugs!!! I was blessed with the best Nana anyone could ever ask for. Rest in peace Nana, we love you.

Hi Carol and Tommy -
Your mom was a testimony to everything good in our human existence on earth.
From her wonderful welcoming laugh, her embrace of all the kids on Prospect Drive, to her scolding of all of us when we got into the tomato fight (her tomatoes, by the way), her endurance of the shouts of "Keelie Over" as we threw balls over your garage, her acceptance of all of us climbing the apple tree out back, and her incredible love of all the kids at the high school as we went through the lunch line...she was a wonderful person. May your memories of her always bring a smile, no matter how difficult the later years may have been.
