My thoughts and prayers are respectfully submitted to Hugh's family. I had the pleasure of working with Hugh on the Chenango County Board of Supervisors and feel priviliged to have known him and to consider him a friend. His intelligence, integrity, personal warmth and wit were exceptional. Serving with him was truly inspirational.

I was very saddened to read about the passing of one of my favorite customers at Pizzaland. I honestly don't know how long I have had the pleasure of waiting on Hugh and Joyce. It's been years. Over the years I had come to think of them not as customers but friends. They are two of the nicest people I have met. I will miss seeing them at their 'special ' table on Friday night but if missing them means he is at peace then that s ok.
My condolences to the family and Joyce, a hug from me.

Our sympathies to Mrs. Kearney and the entire Kearney family. I was privileged to work with Hugh at the Northeast Classic Car Museum in Norwich for many years including 0n the Executive Comm. Every Tues. after the E.C. meeting during the last few years, Hugh would be at the cashier's station and we would all take the opportunity to chat with him and catch up.
