Stephen M. Lambrecht, 50 of Sidney Center passed away Tuesday, October 6, 2015 at Bassett Medical Center in Cooperstown.
He was born February 2, 1965, son of Warren and Avis (Bennett) Lambrecht in Sidney.
He worked for Jess F. Howes in Sidney Center as a truck driver for many years.
Steve was a life member of the Sidney Center Fire Department and was past chief. He was also a member of the Sidney Center Rod and Gun Club.
Steve enjoyed bowling, hunting and especially loved riding his motorcycle. He was known to always help anyone in need; he will be missed by all who knew him.
He is survived by:
2 Sons -Scott and Rebecca Lambrecht, Masonville and Codey M. Lambrecht, Sidney Center
Daughter - Karissa R. Lambrecht, Sidney Center
Grandchildren – Caidyn and Kelsea
Father, Warren Lambrecht, Sidney Center
Brothers, Randall and Georgieanna Lambrecht, Bainbridge, and David Lambrecht, Bainbridge
Sisters, Sandra and Vern Miner, Bainbridge, and Sharon and Dale Gilbert, Wells Bridge
Nieces, nephews, aunts uncles and cousins
He is also predeceased by his granddaughter, Kaylie and mother Avis.
Friends may call Friday, October 9, 2015 from 6-8 PM at C.H. Landers Funeral Chapel 21 Main St. Sidney.
Graveside services will be Saturday, October 10, at 11:00 AM in Highland Cemetery in Sidney Center with Rev. Adam Sellen officiating.
In lieu of flowers donations may be sent to the Sidney Center Fire Department.
