Obituary of Vincent F. Mulieri

Vincent F. Mulieri Afton, NY Vincent Francis Mulieri, 56, of Afton, passed away on Tuesday, June 23, 2015. He was born on January 19, 1959 in Brooklyn, son of the late Vincent E. and Laura R. (Galletta) Mulieri. In 1999, Vincent moved to Afton and has since been very involved in his community. He was a member of St. John's Church in Bainbridge where he was a member of the Knights of Columbus. He was an enthusiastic supporter of the Soup Kitchen and Afton Food Pantry. Vincent always put others first. He loved animals, and most of all, loved his children. Vincent is survived by: three children: Derek, Louis and Nicole Mulieri; four siblings: Sister Maria Therese Mulieri, MSBT, Grace and Richard Gordon, Victor Mulieri and his daughter, Jennifer and Joseph Mulieri and his son, Dylan; his beloved dog, Oreo; cousin, Maryanne and Joe Sullivan and their children, Stephanie and Chris, as well as many friends. Friends may call from 2:00-4:00pm and 6:00-8:00pm on Sunday, June 28, 2015 at C.H. Landers Funeral Chapel, 21 Main St. Sidney. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:00am on Monday, June 29th at St. John the Evangelist Church, 32 S. Main St. Bainbridge with Fr. Darr Schoenhofen officiating. Burial will follow in Glenwood Cemetery, Afton. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be directed to the Afton Food Pantry.
