Dear Sandells,
I knew Kyle when he was a student at the Harrold Campus of BOCES, where he was well loved. I've often thought of him smiling, laughing, and doing his best to learn anything new. I recall how much he loved to go out of school for shopping trips to K--Mart, and how he enjoyed picking up the items on the shopping list his Mom had sent in.
Kyle was gentle, kind, sweet, and generous of spirit. I'll remember him always, and send you my deepest sympathy.

Dear Sandell Family, I was very saddened to hear of the loss of your son Kyle whom to this day is still one of my favorite students. I was very fortunate to be able to work with him for 5 wonderful years with Mrs. Kay White's class. I will always carry with me the fondest of memories of "the big fella".
