Victory was very special to our family. We all enjoyed seeing him at the Manor when we went to see our mom. Every time anyone of us would walk by him he would wave, smile, and say hello. He loved us stopping to talk while he enjoyed his coffee and TV. It was a pleasure to get to know him, he will always be greatly remembered by all of us.

I'M VERY SORRY TO HEAR OF VICTORS PASSING,
MEMORIES GO BACK TO THE OLD PAPAS BUILDING AT THE STOP LIGHT IN DOWNSVILLE , 50 YRS AGO.
WHEN EVER MY SISTER AND BROTHERS TALK ABT THE OLD DAYS THE SEWARD FAMILY AWAY COMES UP AND WHAT A GREAT TIME WE HAD AS KIDS.
