Sorry we were out of town when Sally, as we knew her, passed on. Want the family to know that the Sidney American Legion Auxiliary has lost a great Life member, she served so well in the Unit, County, District and Department(state) level holding offices in each of these offices.
A wonderful Family, as most of us all remember her in all she did for the community and our Veterans.
As Delaware County President, Carol Johnson, we will hold a service for her at the May County meeting.

We wish to offer our condolences to all the members of Bonnie's family, those close to Sidney, and those miles away at this time. Alice brought to the world one in which all her family members could flourish through love and guidance. Hoping the entire family can celebrate a life that was filled with generosity and love.

So sorry for your loss but you had wonderful years together that you all cherished. I remember like it was yesterday being in the legion junior auxiliary and marching in the parades and how Sally would get us all together and make sure we had our capes on correct and our hats on. Her and Frank were truly dedicated to the Sidney American Legion and what fun we had at various events. You all did such a great job of taking care of your Mom in her older years and how wonderful that you were able to do this for her. Always remember your times together as a family.

Alice Provenzon was so kind to my mom, Virginia Gregory, just a couple doors down Bridge Street, for years. And, to me when I was trying to help my mother through a period of illness. Alice/Sally was a beautiful woman, inside and out. May she rest peacefully.

I was so sorry to hear of your Mom's passing. I remember her well and was always impressed about her dedication to the auxiliary. She will be missed by many. Know that she is with your Dad now, and neither of them have any pain or sorrow. She had to be extremely proud of her family. I wish I could be there for you, especially for Jim. Celebrate her life she was a wonderful person.
