Please accept my sympathy on the loss of your beloved Dale. I had the good fortune to know him as well as work with him at NYSEG. I always loved how he would say "maysure" when he was taking a measurement for a service He had a huge and happy heart. The many memories you have of him will no doubt bring many smiles to outnumber the tears in the days to come.

Ethel and I have been friends for a very long time. Even though I didn't know Dale that well, I could tell Ethel and Dale were a perfect match. They were so fortunate to travel and do things that would touch the hearts of so many people. Dale will be greatly missed. In Spirit he will be with all who loved him. God bless.

Nikki, I am so sorry for your loss. Your dad was a very special man. I have a few memories of him when I was growing up and they all leave me with a feeling of a man who was unique and one of a kind. He always took the time to say hi to me and play with me when he visited with my dad. but he was so much more than that. He had the biggest heart and the biggest smile and laugh. I know he is looking down on you with a grin from ear to ear because he is so very proud of you. My thoughts and prayers are with you. Always know that you are thought of more as a sister than as a cousin. Love you.

Effie and all the Fletchers,
When we bought our land from Ernie, Blair asked me one day who our neighbors were going to be and I said, "Fletcher, Fletcher, Fletcher!" We couldn't have asked for any better neighbors and when Dale moved up on the hill with us it was great. When him & Effie got married what a delight. We always had great times together especially going after the Christmas tree!! We shared stories of our joint nightmare of a driveway!!! We've missed you since you have moved but know that you had a wonderful time in your RV and glad that you got to spend that time together. May all the memories you enjoyed help you all through this difficult time. Our granddaughters still talk about Santa who lived on the hill and came to visit them one day. Our heartfelt sympathy to you.
