I want to send my condolences to the family of Winnie Roof. I have known Winnie for many many years and the first time I met her was at the Sidney Center Methodist Church. My mother, Barbara Smith, mentioned Winnie many times and were good friends until mom moved from the area and still remained friends from afar. Rest In Peace Winnie.

I'm so so sorry to hear about the passing of Winnie,she was a wonderful loving person who everyone loved.I seen her a lot when Aunt Martha and Uncle Jr. lived on the hill but that was a long time ago.I just found out about her passing on here when I got on the this site and was shocked! so sorry I couldn't be at the funeral today,I didn't know! I was so blessed to have become a member of this

I am so sorry to hear of Winnie's passing. She was a wonderful lady and I remember her fondly. She and my mom had some great times with the Rebekah Lodge and other community gatherings and I always loved her in the Rural Rhythm shows. She will be greatly missed by the whole community.
