Cathy and family...
We were really sorry to read of Bill's passing. He was a good person. He was my boss when I first started working at Bendix. He knew my Dad and always told me that I was a chip off the old block. I will never forget Bill. May he R.I.P. Condolence's go out to his family!

Mr. Shupperd was the epitome of someone who felt the need and the obligation to serve others through his involvement on the Sidney School Board and later the Village Board.
How well I remember the athletic banquets when he would make the announcement that the budget vote had passed. Not always a given, but always a relief! Later, we'd chat at Logan's, as he had the easiest walk to get the newspapers....right next door! He seemed to respect my opinion and was quite informed.
His life was a lesson on giving back, even in a community to where he moved because of his career. We should all be so committed.

I had the opportunity to serve with Bill on the Village Board for 10 years. He was a good mentor to me my early years on the board. He always based his decision on what was best for the Village. The leadership Bill provided will be missed. On behalf of the Village Board and our employees, I would like to extend my prayers and good wishes to all family members.

Aunt Veronica
I'm so sorry that Uncle Bill passed. I know he is the love of your life and you will miss him dearly. I'm so sorry that we didn't make the time to come visit; we thought about it many times. my hugs and prayers go out to you and your children. I know Jack and Bill will have a lot to catch up on now that they are together. I want to say "Thank You" for all your trips to Tipton, it meant a lot to all of us to spend time with you, Uncle Bill and Kathy.
