My sincere sympathy to the entire family and friends of Betty Walker. I have wonderful memories of her and the entire family. I will always remember visiting her home and playing in the yard with David, Becky, Amy, and many of her other grandchildren. She was a very sweet women and will be missed.

Charlotte, Gregg and boys, I am so very sorry to hear of the passing of your grandma. I felt a bite of sadness for you, yet marvel at how life takes such twists and turns, you had planned to see your grandma as a family this weekend, I guess the good Lord had a different plan for you, as you would be going to Walton to pay your last respects to your grandma! So glad you had the wekend with her several weeks back, no time is ever easy nor a good one, when a loved one passes on. I do believe she is now at peace and no longer in pain. I hope that you can find comfort by holding close in your heart the many wonderful memories you have of your grandma. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.

To all the Walker Family: So sorry to hear of your loss. Betty will certainly be missed.
She became a part of our Church Family at Faith Community Church and we are so glad that we got to know her so well. She was such an inspiration to many and hope that more people follow in her footsteps. She certainly did love her family. Dear Gerry, Cheryl, Laura, Brenda, and Paul,
We are so sorry for your loss. Aunt Betty's friendly nature and ready smile will be missed by us all. I remember two years ago sitting at the picnic table under the pine trees on Teed Hill with her, Uncle Bill, Aunt Esther, and Mom (Colleen) and Dad (Keith) having a nice meal together. We talked a lot and had some deep belly laughs.
May you all find comfort that your Mother is at peace and be gentle with yourselves as you navigate through the waves of grief.

Jerry, Cheryl, Laura, Paul, and Brenda,
I am so sorry for your loss. I always admired your mom's piano abilities, and enjoyed listening to her play on the many occasions that she volunteered with church activities while we were growing up.
Your mom was humble, as was described in her memory page. No matter where one would encounter her, she always seemed happy to see a family member, regardless of how many years had passed.
I hope that the one comfort you will feel, is knowing that she is now with Uncle Gerald, surrounded by heavenly love and eternal peace.
