Obituary of Lloyd Rufus Washburn

Lloyd R. Washburn, Sr. Bainbridge, NY Lloyd R. Washburn, Sr. 75 of Bainbridge passed away unexpectedly on Friday, July 24, 2009 at his home. He was born April 23, 1934, son of the late Charles and Carrie Washburn in Sanford, NY Lloyd married Martha J. Gray on September 8, 1961 in North Sanford. She predeceased him on June 3, 1992. Lloyd was a dedicated employee for the Town of Bainbridge for many years prior to retirement. He is survived by Sons Lloyd, Jr. and Jodie Washburn, Ramseur, NC David Washburn, Bainbridge Ralph Gray, Bainbridge Grandchildren - Arnie Roe, Sidney Violet Proper, Mt. Upton Michael Wright, NC Joshua Gray Lisa Gray Great Grandchild - Hunter Harrington Friends may call Wednesday, July 29, 2009 from 1:00 to 2:00 PM at C.H. Landers Funeral Chapel 21 Main St. Sidney. Funeral Services will follow at 2:00 PM. Burial will be in Greenlawn Cemetery in Bainbridge. In lieu of flowers memorials contributions may be made to the charity of ones choice.
