Uncle Beanie is greatly missed. He was a kind-hearted man who had nothing but love to give. We have fond memories of visiting him and Aunt Bea at Copes Corners. I will always remember the time I spent with my grandfather; whether it was a walk on the hill,working in his garden, cutting firewood or eating something sweet for desert. Grandpa had a real sweet tooth. I'll miss his corny jokes and his sense of humor that made him a friend to so many. Grandma used to say only Grandpa could turn a five minute trip to town into a two hours, he'd always find someone to talk to or something to see. He was just that kind of person he genuinely enjoyed where he lived and the people he knew. I have so many wonderful memories of him for which I am grateful, it helps to minimize the loss and feel that he is still somehow with me. God bless you Grandpa, I will miss but will remember you always.
