Obituary of Georgianna M. Wakeman

Georgianna M. Wakeman Unadilla, NY Georgianna M. Wakeman 78 of Unadilla formerly of Kirkwood passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, February 22, 2012 at Tri-town Regional Hospital in Sidney. She was born May 21, 1933, daughter of the late William and Gladys (Shellman) Eastwood in Rock Royal, NY. Georgianna married Leslie E. Card in July of 1951 and worked as a Nurse's aid in the Binghamton area for many years. Georgianna later married Crosby Wakeman on December 20, 1974. He predeceased her on November 14, 1994. She truly enjoyed spending time and visiting with her family and many friends. Georgianna is survived by: 3 Children, 2 Step-daughters, a Sister, numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren, Nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews. A memorial service will be held at 1:00 PM on March 3, 2012 at the Afton VFW hall on Main St. in Afton.
