I remember the day we saw him in Unadilla and he was so excited. He was going to be a father. Listening to him and seeing his face as he spoke was like looking at a glowing light bulb. I was waiting for him to start doing cartwheels or dance or something. His family meant everything.
I could say alot more but I wont. I will just say that I know we will all see him again some day and I will rub the top of his head and give him a big hug.
There is nothing I can say to bring you all comfort because there is none. Hold each other, cherish each moment you have with each other. Have faith that God has him in his hands and you will see him soon.

We have alot of great memories I will always cherish,way to many to post on here. You were a wonderful person,a great friend,and a great big bro even if was only by few months. I know you liked that respect your elders statement you would say to me as we both would laugh. If turning back time was a reality. If only for one more day.I woudl so do it in a heartbeat. I sit here waiting for the phone to ring with a "hey sis how ya doin" on the other end. I know you really only liked to be called RICK but I thank you for that privilege of calling you RICKY, something that I have done since we met. You will always have that place in my heart than will yern to hear your voice again. Rick you were a great dad you took care of your family and worked hard. I never saw you lay a hand on your girls you just had to speak and they listened, you loved them so much. They will not forget you and what you meant to them. Young ladies your dad loved you and wanted to watch you grow make him proud cause he is seeing your every move and choices from above and will cheer you on. I may have only worked with Rick for a short at Butlers but i bonded with him quickly and enjoyed our conversations and company. I feel blessed to have been able to recently before he passed. My thoughts and prayers are with his family.
