Robert L. Fuller Sr.
East Guilford
Robert L. Fuller, 86, formerly of East Guilford, died Monday, April 27, 2009, at A.O. Fox Nursing Home after an extended stay.
He was born Aug. 26, 1922, son of the late Clarence and Vera (Welch) Fuller in Edmeston. He served his country in the United States Army Infantry during World War II and was awarded the Bronze Star.
Robert is survived by his wife, Elsie (Maass) Fuller, Sidney; children, Robert L. and Barbara Fuller Jr., Wellesley, Mass., Patricia and Mark Archambault, Sidney; grandchildren, Steven (Barbara) Wickham, Guilderland, Stacie (Joey) Shepp, Fairfax, Calif., Scott Wickham, Callahan, Calif.; step-grandchildren, Jessica (Andy) Hinkley, Eric Archambault, Lori Archambault; brother, Ray (Lore) Fuller, Syracuse; sisters, Pauline Parker, Sebastian, Fla., and Barbara (Joe) Rufo, Mountain City, Tenn.
He was predeceased by sisters, Vesta Ripley, Beatrice Ritchey and Doratha Mort.
Services will be private and at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Delaware Valley Humane Society, 101 East Main St., Sidney.
