My gram was a very special person inside and out. A excellent baker, an avid gardener, and no snow mound could keep her inside, she was always the first one shoveled out on the street. I remember a few things being a little boy staying weekends in Walton. Anything matched with plaid pants when you were 7. Daily bowel movements didn't seem nearly important when you were 10, and the WDLA 7 a.m. gossip hour was just as important as the Walton Reporter. Of course, who couldn't forget about her friend's "profanity parrot" that always had to be covered up when gram would take us over to her house. This past christmas I mentioned to my mom that I never heard gram say a bad word in her life. I was reassured she had, it was just in polish and we didn't understand what she had said! She touched many hearts. we love you gram!

Anna was a wonderful neighbor of ours on River Road, Walton. We have many memories of good times with Mac and Anna, Sharon and Mike.
Sorry we can't attend the service on Saturday. We are traveling out west.
Our thoughts are with Sharon, Wade and family and Mike, Eileen and family.

I have alot of favorite memories of gram when we went to stay with her when I was younger. One memory really stands out above the rest, and that was being able to have milkshakes or root beer floats for breakfast because anything we wanted was ok at grandmas house. Family gatherings were always extra special when she was there and she never missed a birthday and always made us our favorite cake. I love you gram and I will miss the times we shared and the memories we had.
