Jim was responsible for me having a 32 year career at Keith Clark/MeadWestvaco and I will always remember him for that. He didn't know me at all but because of my father and uncle he gave me a chance for an interview and the rest is history. I didn't let him down retiring as Art Quality Supervisor. He always had a friendly face. You have great memories to help you through this difficult time.

I shared the love of horses with my Uncle Jim. He took me to a horse show one summer and it's one of my happiest memories. He won a trophy for that show and gave it to my Grandfather. When Grampa passed away it was given to me. It still rests in my bookcase and every time I look at it I will remember Uncle Jim. My two Aunts, Jean and Ruth, Uncle jim and Jim were the most happy fun loving people I've ever met. They enjoyed each others company. Anytime I was around them I just laughed non-stop. God's grace to Aunt Jean she must go on without them. Love you

Uncle Jim,
He was such a handsome man. Always seemed such a gentleman.
He would go out of his way to make me feel like I was special. I remember he used to say I looked like Veronica Lake!
The two "Jims" (Jim Maclaury) were hilarious together. I remember Aunt Jean and Aunt Rit just rolling their eyes when they started their funnies. Uncle Jim was always kind to my mother Emily Pittet. She used to say that he and Aunt Jean helped her feel like family.
He had kind eyes and I do recall that he snored...loud!
He will always occupy a fond spot in my heart. Jean Marie
