Helen and Stephen Novak posted a condolence
Our condolences to the family of Eunice Richards. Eunice and Doris (Smith) Olin were my mother Helen's two best friends in High School (Windsor Class of 1940). My mother always called her "Eunie". Doris passed away in 2001. One of the last times (if not the last time) that we saw Eunice was in October of 2003 at a Windsor Alumni Association Dinner. She continued to send us Christmas Cards and recently she sent me a Birthday Card. My mother Helen lives with me. In September it will be five years. She has severe Dimensia and is mostly Bladder Incontinent. She hasn't started to wander, though. Unfortunately, due to the advancement of the Dimensia, she doesn't remember Eunice (or Doris). Again, our thoughts and prayers are with you. Thank you, Stephen Novak

I wish to extend my sincere sympathy to Vicki Merritt and the family of Eunice Richards. I was unaware of Eunie's passing until this afternoon, and was very sad that I would not be at her service. I knew Eunie for a very long time through the Humane society in Sidney, over the years I was president and after. I kept in touch with her. Eunie was a wonderful person, very dedicated in her years as treasurer of the Humane society and a great friend of all the animals. She will be greatly missed by all of us who knew her.

Just read about Eunice's passing. Tom and I would see her occasionally in Sidney and enjoy talks about Windsor, family, and her active life! She was an amazing lady. God bless her, and her family.
