I was so sorry to see the passing of Les. He was such a nice guy to talk with. I remember visiting with him with my dad when I was growing up when we would go look at cars at Whitakers. And then when I was older seeing him at Fairbanks and Rite Aid. He was a wonderful man and will be missed. Our thoughts and prayers are with all the family at this time.

Our condolences to the family of Les Card. Those of us here, at the Sidney Great American, enjoyed having him as a loyal shopper. It was a pleasure and a joy to help him find items or simply ring him through the register. We will miss those shopping visits.

My fondest memories of my grandfather are all the times we went to Masonville to see him and my grandma. And while he was at work I would sit in his recliner waiting for him to get home. The many times we played bocce ball or croquet. Helping him feed the dogs or the turkeys. Also we shared our birthday and every year he would call me or I would call him to wish each other happy birthday. I love you grandpa and I will miss you very much. As will many.
