Your friends on Long Island will miss you terribly. And so many memories. Crewing with Yogi on Buzz's race car, card games, horesshoe's in the back yard with Doc, so many parties, and the many trips camping (oh the food we had there), and for me, our time at Hampton Tank Gas Service. I will never forget- or forgive you when Rob took his test for the fire dept. LOL I know you are in great company up there and knowing you are out of pain makes the passing a little easier. God speed my friend. Keep the sun shining and I will know it's you. Love Sue & Yogi

Uncle Richie, was a man who was loved by his community. He was always considered my god father, since Barbara is my God mother. He was a loyal and dedicated friend to my father, Roger Murray. He lived across the street from my Grandmother Marie Kennedy, when they lived in Bridgehampton. I will never forget his welcoming hugs, and warm smile always followed by laughter, and his gift of listening. He always wanted to know what the Murray girls were getting into. God Bless his soul and generous spirit. What a wonderful homecoming the lord will have for him. All of his buddies will be saluting Uncle Richie, went he walks into God Kingdom. Love you Aunt Barbara.

There are so many that I don't even know where to begin. Uncle Richie was such a unique individual. One of my first memories is being held so high in the air that I felt like I was flying. Uncle Richie always made me feel like the tallest gal around. Looking back, I cannot remember you ever not being there. Sure do miss those hugs too! I'm taking comfort in the fact that I've got another guardian angel to watch over me....Much love to you Aunt Barbara!

Forever ago, I met Richie while visiting relatives in Bridgehampton. I'm glad I had the opportunity to meet him... have fond memories and warm smiles thinking about how my brother, the Guyers, Richie and I would find new ways to get into trouble on a summer eve.

Richard, my siblings and myself would ride together to grade school in Bridgehampton. I will always remember him as tall, red haired and kind. His love for tractors I'm sure came from his father, who would mow a vacant field near our home several times a year. I know he will be missed. May God comfort you and your family with the good memories of the times you shared together. My thoughts and prayers are with you at this time.

Gander, Our days as a working team of chief and assistant were very enjoyable. You were a good man and was mad at myself for not getting to see you before you left us. Keep God's John Deeres running smoothly.

Oh what can I say about this dear man that has not already been said...When I first started with Mirabito's it was hard starting at a new company and learning the Mirabito way of doing things...But Richie took me under his wing and guided me through my career with Mirabito's. Heaven has a sincere angel to watch over us. Sadly missed but never forgotten, in our hearts forever!

I had the good fortune of being the General Manager of Mirabito Home Heating Division from 2009 to 2010. During my tenor, I had the most wonderful opportunity of directing Richie's division among 10 others. He was the most perfect fit for his position, and served the Mirabito company (family) with complete dedication, devotion, humility and kindness a company could ever ask of an employee in his hyper sensitive position with employee direction and customer service. I love Richie, and missed him when I left the company, but now I miss him EVER SO MUCH!...what a great man....God Bless him and his family..Dennis Sherrill

To My Beloved Husband
Since Heaven has become your home, I sometimes feel I'm so alone; and though we are now far apart, you hold a big piece of my heart.
I never knew how much I'd grieve when it was time for you to leave, or just how much my heart would ache from that one fragment you would take.
God lets this tender hole remain reminding me we'll meet again, and one day all the pain will cease when He restores this missing piece.
He'll turn to joy my every tear with thoughts of you I hold so dear.
You were such a very special person to me, a wonderful husband whom I will always love and miss every day.
