Yet another icon of Sidney business from the "Golden Era" has passed. And a 2nd generation at that.
I'll remember the radio ads we did toward the end of the SB existence, feeling the nostalgia in making the recordings.
And there were also the original Paint & Hardware days...Chuck was part of Main St.life for a long time. He will be missed.

We send our condolences to the Welcher and Davis family. Chuck was a mainstay on Sidney's Main Street for a long time. You could count on his calm, friendly nature, whether it was selling shoes, or hardware. He will be missed.Rest in peace, Chuck.
