Obituary of Ronald L. Peterson

Ronald L. Peterson Unadilla. New York Ronald L. Peterson, 78, of Unadilla, New York passed away on Sunday June 19, 2011 in Oneonta, N.Y. He was born in Walton N.Y. on July 19, 1933 the son of the late Cecil Peterson, Sr. and Dorothy Darling Peterson. Mr. Peterson was employed by the Amphenol Corporation of Sidney, N.Y. He retired April 1995 after completing 42 years with the company. He enjoyed his lawn and being with his family. For the past several years he loved spending the winter in Mesa, Arizona He is survived by his wife Ramona of Unadilla; his children, Cindy Bell (Doug) of Unadilla and Terri Heath (Bill) of Unadilla. Grandchildren Jeffrey Bell (Sophie) of Rochester and Anthony Molinari (Sarah) of Long Island and several Grand Dogs. Ronald is also survived by his sister Wilburna Budine of Walton, brother, Nelson Peterson (Marjorie) of Unadilla and his sister-in-law Ann Peterson of Sidney. He is survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. Beside his parents he was predeceased by a brother Cecil Peterson Jr. Friends and family are invited to call from 12 noon to 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, June 23 at the C.H. Landers Funeral Chapel 21 Main Street, Sidney, N.Y. Funeral services will follow at 1:00 p.m at the funeral chapel with the Rev. Benjamin Shaw officiating. Burial will be at a later date in the Walton Cemetery, Walton, N.Y. at his family's convenience. In lieu of flowers, friends are asked to make donations to the Delaware Valley Humane Society at 101 E.
