I am going to miss the smile and the pure love that Anna always brought with her. I only knew Anna and Paul through my office-Dr. Solomon and Williams in Owego. But they were like close friends to me. I will cherish the memories as will you.

I am so sorry to hear of the passing of Anna as well as Paul. Paul was my English teacher at Afton and he was the best teacher I had. Anna and Paul used to come to the Ponderosa, where I worked. They used to always set in my section and we had a lot of laughs. They were both such fun people. Marie, their daughter, was my boss there when I first started the job. What a great family! Its nice to know they both are still together and enjoying the rest of the family. Forever together...that's Paul and Anna. God Bless the family.

Denise,Mike, Ashley and Power family: There is not enough words to express the sorrow that I feel for your family. You have endured such a great loss once again in a short period of time and yet the ultimate goal of once again being together has been reached. If there is ever a testimony of undying love these two beautiful people would be an example of what true love is truly about. May each one us see all the love that they shared and master that same kind of love in our own lives. Your parents are so proud of all of their children and grandchildren. Our thoughts and prayers are always with you during this difficult time. With sympathy Sue and Ray Hamo

To the Powers family, so sorry to hear of the loss of your Mom. I vividly remember both her and your Dad, who I loved as a teacher. Hopefully knowing she is with your Dad and Paul will somehow make the loss easier. My prayers are with you.

We will miss Anna and Paul, our neighbors, especially seeing Paul and chatting with him about his family, who he was so proud of.
Our prayers and thoughts are with his dear family.

I have such fond memories of your mom and dad. It cannot be easy losing them both so close in time to each other. The lovely words in the obit tells me that they continued to be the kind and loving matriarch and patriarch I remember them to be. I am sure that they rest in peace happily together as all true soul mates do. You all are in my thoughts and prayers. Much love, Cindy Arboit Balderson

Brian, Denise, Kathleen and Marie and your families. God dealt a double blow to each of you. My family and I are fortunate to be among the many who were taught by your parents. They were friends who taught in and out of the classroom. Anne cut my hair many a time-and Paul always answered my letters at Christmas with a message all his own since we moved away in 1972. I have missed them both since. I thank God ours had your Dad as a teacher and knew him as a person who was rich with life and information. Heaven is indeed richer now. Mary Jane Graf

I knew your parents from Teen Seminar back in the late Seventies. I see in the picture above that they still had those glowing smiles when this was taken. They were obviously filled with the Spirit and lots of fun to be around. My condolences on your loss.
