Had a lot of respect for the man. When he said he was going to do something or be somewhere you could count on him. He was fair in what he charged and his work was top notch. We have lost someone that will be missed by all that new him. My thoughts and prayers to family and friends.

Sincerest condolences to Sue and Joe's family and loved ones. Joe was one of the great ones. He did so much for the people, the Town and Village all quietly (except for his heavy equipment) and without fanfare or expectations. We will miss seeing him in his truck or lawnmower always with a smile and a wave. Rest in peace, Joe.

Will miss my longtime friend. We spent many miles hauling lumber and cattle over the years. Spent many long nights traveling from Vermont to Taylor Packing, PA hauling cattle. Joe did lots of excavating on our farm and was a great excavator operator.
Will miss the many times stopping by his garage to bullshit. Will miss you Joe!
