Obituary of Nanette Rae Richards

Nanette Rae Richards born August 31, 1958 passed peacefully in her Bainbridge home, after a 16 month courageous battle to cancer surrounded by family, on Friday, November 3rd, 2023. Nan was predeceased by her parents Thelma and James Wuichet, her brother Jim Wuichet all of Anna Maria Island, Florida. Mother in law Marilyn Schomberg and Sister In Law Barbara Gould of Bainbridge. Nan worked as an office manager for Advanced Air in Palmetto Florida for many years before she retired to be a very loving stay at home wife, mother and grandmother. She had such a love for lighthouses. With lighthouses being a symbol of hope and security it's no wonder she was the light who guided everyone through their storms. She also shared a huge joy for April the Giraffe and frequented Animal Adventure Park multiple times a year with her grandkids. Nan is survived by her beloved husband of 32 years; Russell Richards of Bainbridge. Sister in law Carol Steven's of Norwich, NY. Her Three loving daughters, Tami Aldrich & Alan Moore of Sidney, Lisa & John Copeland of Afton, Ashley & Jon Wilson of Mount Upton. Known as Nonny/Gramma Nan by her eleven adored grandchildren, Bryce Morganstern, Alexis Aldrich, Brody Moore, Zachary Wilson, Malena Moore, Kaley Copeland, Jayden Paine, Wyatt Copeland, Lilliana Moore, Landon Moore and Hazel Wilson. Services will be private and at the convenience of the family.
