Dear Sally, Eda Dinneen here….i just saw this and it made me cry. Roy was my all time favorite person at Bendix when Jim and I worked there. He was so fair to everyone and such a great leader. I hope you are doing OK now. I will send an email to Jim to let him know. Sooooooo many great memories of the group. Marie Gagnon and the dirty dozen, so much fun.

I heard of Mr. Straka’s passing too late to come in person.
A strong but quiet presence is what I will remember about him. He was a devoted man to his family. I saw him in the stands or on the field routinely. It must have been so heartbreaking to watch him wage his most difficult battle. He is finally at peace. Thank you for sharing him with us.

Sally, Kristie and Todd,
Dick and I are so sorry . Roy was always so special to see, either at church or just in meeting him anywhere. We will miss him to so much.
