Obituary of Elizabeth J. Sites

Elizabeth J. Sites Sidney, NY Elizabeth J. Sites 73 of Sidney and formerly of Masonville entered into heaven Sunday, November 7, 2010 at A.O. Fox Hospital in Oneonta. She was the daughter of the late William O. and Anna (English) Sites. Betty, as she was known to her loved ones, graduated from Bainbridge Central School. She was a LPN for The Hospital in Sidney and area nursing facilities. Prior to her retirement Betty was a home care nurse. Betty was an avid reader, not often stumped by Jeopardy. She had a great love for dogs, cats and enjoyed bird watching. Betty is survived by 2 sisters: Daisy S. Van Valkenburg, Sidney Anna S. Murrell, Bon Aqua, TN Nieces, nephews, cousins and her feline companion, Boots. She was also predeceased by her Brother, William Sites, Jr., a brother-in-law, sister-in-law and great niece. Services are private and at the convenience of the family. Burial will be in Masonville Cemetery.
