Dar was a inspiration to my life as a neighbor and fellow EMT for my 4 short years on the emergency squad .. Dar was loving and witty. Because he kept learning, Dar knew how to handle all emergencies. We mostly met in the middle of the night’ and weekends for squad calls.
Dar and Bea would tirelessly give grand daughter, Jesse, a stroller ride through our neighborhood for all her years.. In recent years, I enjoy getting to know Shorty, his new bride.
If we all could attain to be the person Dar Taft was, this would be a fun wonderful peaceful world.. Here’s to another angel..

Darwin was a great man. He was a member of American Legion Post 806 in Banbridge and was always proud to march in the Memorial Day Parade in years past. He will be missed by all.

Darwin was the kindest person I have ever known. He took me under his wing in the St. Peter's choir. We were the bass section. I could not read music, but he could. I will miss him dearly. Sincerely, Pat Hawkins.
