Obituary of Mary Louise Loucks

Mary Louise Loucks, 75, of Bainbridge, passed away on Tuesday, November 15, 2022 at her home. She was born on August 24, 1947, daughter of the late Harvey and Pearl (Bosket) Butts and was raised with her 7 brothers and 1 sister. In 1965, shortly after turning 18, she was married to Dennis S. Loucks. Together they raised their only son, Robert. Mary loved puzzles and scrapbooking. She enjoyed watching nature out her window, especially the birds on her feeders, with the Cardinal being her favorite. She was a former member of the North Afton Church. Mary was a breast cancer survivor, and graciously dealt with many other health struggles over her life. She will be missed by her beloved husband, Dennis; devoted son and daughter-in-law, Robert and Susan Loucks; three cherished grandchildren: Paul Ryan, Brandon Loucks and Autumn Loucks; as well as many nieces and nephews, and grandnieces and nephews. Memorial services will be held at a later date. In honor of her love of animals, in lieu of flowers, donations in Mary's memory may be directed to the Delaware Valley Humane Society, PO Box 182, Sidney, NY 13838.
