To the Leidy family,
Sending prayers of comfort and peace. Hope was one of the first ladies of the church to welcome me as a newbie. Believe it or not she saw that I was a bit uneasy and wanted to see me back the next week. I will miss her as part of our dinner preparations. May Hope Rest in Gods eternal peace.

Praying for peace and comfort to all! Hope was a force with a twinkle in her eye! I adopted her pie crust recipe after sampling some good zucchini quiche and pies made by her!

It is a sad time to hear of Hope's passing, yet she left so many memories to give comfort. She was a wonderful lady, kind and giving to me each time I saw her. I was blessed to know her. May the entire Leidy family know what a gift and treasure she was for their own lifetime.

I know I speak for the entire Davie Family when I extend sincere condolences to the Leidy family on Hope’s passing. Our families grew up together as parishioners of St. Luke’s.
On a personal note, I still remember the time at Pearl St. when I had somehow forgotten my 4 cents for chocolate milk. Mrs Leidy covered me that day. When I brought the pennies in the next day, she gave me the biggest hug. We laughed about that many years later but her trust meant everything to this young boy at the time. May this grand and gracious mother rest in eternal peace.
