Obituary of Marcia Joan Sherman

Marcia J. Sherman 85 of Bainbridge passed away Saturday, August 6, 2022 at her home. She was born December 18, 1936, daughter of the late Ernest and Gertrude (McPherson) Miller in Bainbridge. Marcia married Charles Sherman on January 16, 1955 in Afton. He predeceased her on March 8, 2013. Marcia worked for many years in the Bainbridge-Guilford School cafeteria and was a member of the Bainbridge United Methodist Church. She is survived by 3 sons – Charles (Theresa) Sherman, Randy (Debbie) Sherman and David Sherman Grandchildren – Matthew, Zach, David M., and Devin Sherman, Tammy Barringer and Tyler Sherman Great grandchildren – Pierce Sherman, Trenton, Sawyer, Colton and Nicole Barringer and Braylee Stafford Sisters – Marjory Rozell, Martha Manning and Margaret "Peggy" Miller Brother – Malcolm "Sony" Miller Marcia was also predeceased by sister, Marilyn Schomberg Friends may call Wednesday, August 10, 2022 from 6-9 PM at CH Landers Funeral Chapel 21 Main St. Sidney.
