My condolences to the Axtell family. As a kid, I remember riding by snowmobile from Bennettsville to their house, stopping to get “warmed up” before the return ride. Such laughter was shared around that table those nights. May your memories bring you comfort.

He was a great friend. We had a great chat a couple years ago. Talking about old times watching his kids come up through Ag class and really succeed in the FFA. He and Ma were their biggest cheerleaders. I asked the family for a lot over the years and they were always right there. A great piece of our history has left, but his ( and hers) memory will go on. To "my former kids" God bless you and take care.

The Axtell family has been considered part of my family as long as can be remembered. Kim and I grew up as best friends, and many a childhood day was spent at the farm slinging hay bales and helping with chores. In fact, Father Axtell held a hayride and drove his tractor the night of my first date with Kevin. We are forever thankful for that!!!
Keith was a hard- working man who loved his family, and found pleasures in life’s simple things. Sending Blessings and condolences to you all!
