Obituary of Norma Roxanne Cutting

Norma Roxanne Cutting went to be with the Lord on March 13, 2022. Roxy fought a long, hard battle with COPD. She was born on February 18, 1957, daughter of Harold and Leona Decker. Roxy left behind a husband, Hayes Cutting; 2 children: Hayes Cutting, Jr. and Stephanie Cutting; 7 grandkids: Colton, Kaylie, Zane, Cooper, Olivia, Lilly and Brock; 1 brother, Hank Decker and his wife, Diane; 3 sisters, Linda, Virginia and Cindy; and several nieces and nephews. Roxy was loved by many friends and will be missed. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her daughter, Rebecca Cutting Bowers.
