Q: Describe where Lynn worked and what they did A: I thought of Lynn today after discovering that a gentleman I speak to frequently at the shop where I work was a school bus driver too. Lynn had many stories to share. Many included his time as a bus driver and also the days of his youth in school. One of my favorite stories was how he described some ladies back in his day referring to them as "Fancy". I asked Lynn if he thought I would have been considered a fancy girl and he said with a big smile on his face, "I sure hope not!" For anyone who remembers what the term "fancy" meant, I was not very fancy as it turned out. Lynn always had a smile on his face when he greeted me, always made me laugh even when he himself was in pain and most importantly he was kind to me without fail on days when I needed kindness more than ever before. I do miss Lynn and think fondly of him and Loretta more than I ever expected to after meeting them. God bless you both. ♡

I thought I would share a memory of Lynn. Those who knew him knew he spoke very fast. Whether it was my hearing loss or the fact I never knew anyone (other than Bev and auctioneers) that talked this fast. So, I would go visit my best friend, Barb, and her Dad would always say something and chuckle. I would look at him and nod and smile. I had no idea what he'd said!!! I bet he thought I was daft. Lol.....I can't imagine what he thought of me! It makes my chuckle just thinking of these conversations. Lynn you will be forever in our thoughts. May God keep you happy until we meet again.
