Jack received his education and diploma from Walton Central High School where a natural athletic ability earned him "All Star" honors for top player performances in the competitive team sports; football, basketball, and baseball.
In 1953, Jack enlisted in the United States Air force after graduating high school. During his service time of 7 years, he was stationed overseas at Wiesbaden, Germany around the year- 1956. Jack became part of the 7100th Air Police Squadron, and it soon became known him to be a well celebrated athlete. This would be the contributing factor in how Jack was re-recruited; to serve his country playing baseball for team USA vs. the Germans.
Jack's life in the 1960's and 70's was spent mostly working his way up to management in the fast rising restaurant, bar, and casino industries while locating in California, Nevada, and later in the 1980's; the new owner of a bar business in his home state, New York. When 60 yrs old, Jack changed gears to get work in the 1990's driving chartered bus tours for "Eastern Travel" out of Oneonta, NY , and the experience would later help to get him work driving bus for both, the Stamford and South Kortright School Districts of Delaware County, NY.
During the millennium years of life to follow, Jack retired, left Upstate NY, and would come to reside in Cape Coral, Florida at the home of his oldest child and daughter- Joann. This personal choice was met with the reality of a rapid decline in his overall health, and finally- life's end. May God allow him the grant of mercy on his soul and everlasting peace-Amen
