Bryan was a big man with an even bigger heart. He was usually the last one out of bed, but the first one to wish me Happy Mother’s Day. He had a wonderful sense of humor, was generous with his time and his smiles, and always gave big hugs, and an apology when he knew he had done something wrong. I feel blessed to have had the chance to be with him just weeks before the accident, when he surprised me with a visit in TN while his Aunt Gail and I came out to visit my daughter Ariel and her family. We all went together to the Country Music Hall of Fame, (see pic) rode his motorcycle together, BBQed, he made me a sgian dubh (Scottish knife) that he gave me before we left, and we spent a wonderful week together, even though he was a Patriots fan (go Steelers), I will miss him immensely until we meet on the other side of the veil, and he can catch me up on all that he is learning there. Until then, I will hold dear in my heart all the memories and that curly head of his. He was a joy to have in my life, and I am a better person because of him. Thank you Phil and Cheryl for bringing him into this world for us. Love you son! Until we meet again...

I'll never forget the time when I was about 4 years old, you ran down the steepest hill on our farm, carrying me in your arms because I got stung by a bee on my ankle and you didnt know if I was allergic. You put mud on it and told me it would be ok. You always looked after me. I miss you like crazy.
