Obituary of Daniel David Jenkins

Daniel D. Jenkins Daniel D. Jenkins, 69, of Bainbridge, entered into eternal rest on Monday March 29, 2021. He was born February 11, 1952, the son of Richard W. Jenkins and Elizabeth (Gill) Jenkins and on March 10, 1984, married Thelma (Krom) Jenkins. Dan retired from Precision Pipeline in 2017. He was self-employed for 28 years (Jenkins Excavating). Dan was a man of many trades. There wasn't anything he couldn't accomplish. He served in the USMC from 1971-1975. Dan was an avid hunter and was devoted to his family. He is survived by his wife, Thelma; Son, Kelly (Angela) of Richmond, KY; Daughter, Christine Jenkins of San Diego, CA; Daughter, Amy Aababouch (Driss) of Afton, NY; seven grandchildren and one great grandchild; two brothers: William (Judy) Jenkins of Virginia and Gordon (Diane) Jenkins of Virginia; several nieces, nephews, and cousins. Dan was predeceased by his parents, Richard and Elizabeth Jenkins; Daughter, Joni Fuller and Son, Jason Jenkins. There will be a Celebration of Life and a private burial at a later date. The family request that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to Hospice of Chenango County, 33-39 Court Street, Norwich, NY 13815 or West Bainbridge Rural Cemetery, 169 Cemetery Road, Bainbridge, NY 13733. Arrangements are under the direction of C.H. Landers Funeral Chapel, Sidney.
