It’s always a sad time when a parent of one my treasured classmates (Rox) has passed. Yet Ronita would smirk if she knew you were sad.
Yes, she had an edge to her. It kept us on our toes, however, because beneath that rough edge was a heart of smooth gold.
Many were the times she’d ask what was happening as she kept track of her daughters’ classmates pretty well. Never lacking for opinions, it’s who she was and how she lived.
Sincere condolences to the Holbert/Pendorf families. Ronita was one of a kind...yes indeed.
