Constance L. Blackman 69 of Bainbridge passed away surrounded by her loving family on Wednesday, March 13, 2019 at Wilson Hospital in Johnson City after a long battle with cancer.
She was born May 25, 1949, daughter of the late Philip and Amy (Easton) Wheaton in Addison, NY.
Constance had a beautiful smile and spunky personality that her family will deeply miss. She was a strong easy going, fun woman who was a true survivor. Constance is best known for her love of her family including her dogs as well as her love of antiques and jewelry.
She is survived by her husband of 34 years, David Blackman, Bainbridge
Her beloved dogs; Daisy, Frank and Bob.
Daughter, Rachel (Anthony) Decker, Bainbridge
Grandchildren – Steven Shanholtzer, Michael (Heather) Baldwin, Nicholas Decker, Veronica Decker
Siblings – Philip (Kathy) Wheaton, Allentown, PA

As well as several nieces, nephews and great grandchildren
Constance was also predeceased by her son, Ronald Shanholtzer, and Mother and Father-in-law, Burt and Fran Blackman
As per Constance's wishes, no services will be held.
