Obituary of Robert C. Couse

Robert C. Couse Robert Charles Couse, 55, a lifelong Sidney resident, passed away on Thursday, November 22, 2018 at Bassett Medical Center in Cooperstown. Bob was born on May 17, 1963 in Oneonta, son of the late George Couse and Dorothy (Fish) Couse. Bob worked in construction; he enjoyed nature and the outdoors. He was an avid reader and could often be found at the Public Library. Bob had a big heart; he was willing to help others with his time and talents, and also had a soft spot for animals, especially cats. He also enjoyed cooking 'real food'. He was content with living a simple life. He is survived by three sisters: Kim and Ron Morse, Deirdre (Dee) and Mel Fuller and Kyle and Barry James, as well as several nieces and nephews.
