So sad to hear that "Mrs. Fogarty" passed away. I was fortunate to have her as my sixth grade teacher back in 1976, and I still have memories of my time in her classroom. She was a strong, caring teacher who had high expectations for all of her students. She definitely made a positive impact in my life, as I'm sure that she did in the lives of many other children as well. A true loss. My sincerest condolences to her family.

I am so sorry for your loss. Ms. Fogarty was one of my teachers when I attend Afton Central (graduated in 1979), although I don't remember what she taught I remember her she was one of my favorites. Years later after graduating I needed a lawyer to handle my divorce and walked into her office and recognized her right away.

I was shocked to hear of Dee’s passing. The years I was involved with the Unadilla Chamber, she always made time to volunteer during our events. Given the full attention her law practice required, that said a lot. Thanks Dee...especially for our last conversation a year ago. You will be missed.
