Phyllis R. Webb
Phyllis R. Webb, 84 of Mt. Upton passed away Sunday, January 14, 2018 at Wilson Regional Medical Center in Johnson City.
She was born July 26, 1933, daughter of the late Ray and Mary (Beach) Smith in Mt. Upton.
Phyllis graduated valedictorian from Mt. Upton Schools and later married Tracy Webb.
For over 40 years she worked at The Olde Mill Restaurant in Mt. Upton and for over 10 years at the NYS
Veterans Home in Oxford.
Phyllis was also a member of the VFW Women's Auxiliary in Norwich.
She is survived by her loving husband of 62 years, Tracy Webb, Mt. Upton
Son – Dennis Webb, Mt. Upton
Daughter and Son-in-law – Dawn and Charlie Westcott, Millerton, NY
Grandchildren – Dylan and Dalton Webb, James (Kristi) Westcott, Alexander (Alexis) Westcott
Great Granddaughter, Angelica Westcott
Friends may call Saturday, January 20, 2017 from 11:00 to 1:00 PM at C.H. Landers Funeral Chapel 21 Main St. Sidney. Memorial services will follow at 1:00 PM
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Norwich VFW, 61 East Main St. Norwich, NY 13815 or Hospice and Palliative Care of Chenango County 21 Hayes St. Norwich, NY 13815
