Obituary of Voldene Tina Germaine

Voldene "Tina" Germaine Sidney, NY Voldene "Tina" Germaine 68 of Sidney passed away Saturday, February 13, 2010 at AO Fox Hospital in Oneonta. She was born December 6, 1941, daughter of the late John and Ann (Novotny) Sharp in Sidney. Tina graduated from Sidney High School Class of 1960 and married Ralph Germaine on July 15, 1961 in Sidney. She worked for the Amphenol Corp. in Sidney for 47 years until her health declined in 2007. Tina was an active member of the Women of the Moose Chapter #502 in Sidney having earned the Academy of Friendship Degree. She was also a member of the Sidney American Legion Auxiliary. Tina is survived by: 2 Daughters and son-in-laws - Renee and Domenico Finkbiner, Sidney Deborah and Clayton Davis, Arkansas 2 Sisters and a brother-in-law - Sharon and Richard Zurn, Mt. Upton Nancy Edwards, Unadilla 2 Brothers and a Sister-in-law - Ronald Sharp, Sidney Douglas and Dorothy Sharp, Texas 5 Grandchildren and 6 Great Grandchildren As well as several nieces, nephews and cousins Tina was also predeceased by her husband Ralph and a great granddaughter, Tiffany. Friends may call Thursday, February 18, 2010 from 5-7 PM at C.H. Landers Funeral Chapel 21 Main St. Sidney. The Women of the Moose memorial service will follow at 7:00 PM.
