So taken back by this news. I knew Kelsie, as a beautiful young caring girl, who made a point to show her peers that she cared. A gentle soul. I met Kelsey after she started dating my nephew, Dom. Kelsey was always smiling and engaging. I remember taking her and Dom to watch our horse race at Tioga and how she talked about her love for horses. I knew Kelsey loved Dom and he loved her. My heart breaks for her family and my nephew. I am so sorry for your loss! Although I didn't know her for very long, I had her sister, Elizabeth last year in sixth grade. I remember listening to Elizabeth share stories of Kelsie.
