Obituary of Charles Howard Willets

Charles H. Willets Sidney, NY Charles H. Willets 79 of Sidney passed away peacefully on Friday, January 22, 2010 at the NYS Veterans Home in Oxford. He was born May 29, 1930 to the late Howard and Irene (Newing) Willets in Afton. Chuck loved playing his country music, working on TVs and repairing bicycles. He enjoyed riding the bike he made himself. Chuck also loved to fish and playing pool. He married Kathryn Darrow on December 22, 1974 and they had many happy years together. He was baptized as a Jehovah's Witness on April 20, 1975 and is now at peace. He survived by his devoted wife and best friend, Kathryn Willets, Sidney His 9 Children, 4 from his first marriage, 4 from his second marriage, David Willets, Roberta Pierce, Jerry Willets, and Susan Willets And 1 from his third marriage, Charlotte Willets He was also predeceased by 2 brother, Fred and John, Sister Betty Billing and Grandson, Michael Friends may call Thursday, January 28, 2010 from 1-2 PM at C.H. Landers Funeral Chapel 21 Main St. Sidney Funeral Services will follow at 2:00 PM. Dominic Bethel, Minister of the Sidney Congregation of Jehovah's Witness will officiate.
