Don and the Wilson Family,
Eileen will be missed as a member of our family. She embraced the simple pleasures of baking and reading in the quiet of her home, but also loved to travel and the experience of new places and people. She will always be remembered as the cookie queen and when an oatmeal cookie comes our way I'm sure we compare and find all others lacking. Must be the love she baked into her cookies. It was always nice to visit and know that there were sure to be cookies, coffee and great conversation. Whether is was discussions about current events, books or reminiscing about her life, she was always interesting, gracious and articulate.
We will miss her. She was a fine lady.
You have our greatest sympathy and our condolences.
