Obituary of Robert C. Robinson

Robert "Bucky" Robinson, JR – Passed away at the age of 77 at Wilson Memorial Hospital in Johnson City, NY on January 1, 2017. He was born on July 13, 1939 to the late Robert and late Frances (Love) Robinson in Sparrowbush, NY. He married Joyce Craig on December 31, 1968. They had one child together, Michelle (Robinson) Antczak. He is survived by his wife of Bainbridge, NY, his daughter and her husband Steven Antczak of South New Berlin, NY. He is further survived by his sister Joyce (Robinson) Davis of Sparrowbush, NY; his 3 granddaughters – Alyssa Antczak, Stephanie Antczak, and Taylor Antczak, and 2 great-grandchildren Tayte Rouse and Tegan Nicosia, all residing in North Carolina. He is further survived by many nieces and nephews and other family members. He was a US Army Veteran proudly serving our country in the Vietnam Era. Upon return from service, he worked for the railroad for 22 years. He was then employed by Bainbridge-Guildford School until his retirement. He will be remembered for his deep love of his family and friends, one of a kind sense of humor, his story telling, and his love of fishing and hunting. He was also a past chief of Sparrowbush Fire Department and lifelong member. Per Bucky's request, there will be no viewing or services.
